Our virtual doula support is provided through video calls, phone calls, and messaging. Access to your doula is convenient and easy for you to get the support you need from the comfort of your home or while you are on the go.
What are the benefits of having a virtual doula?
A virtual doula provides continuous support, emotional reassurance, and practical advice without the need for in-person meetings. This can be particularly beneficial for those with busy schedules, living in remote areas, or preferring virtual interactions.

How do I book a doula session?
Booking a session is simple. Visit our website, navigate to the "Book a Session" page, select the type of service you need, and choose a date and time that works for you. You will receive a confirmation email with details on how to connect with your doula.
What if I need support outside of scheduled sessions?
We offer various packages that include ongoing support through messaging.
You can reach out to your doula with any questions or concerns between scheduled sessions.
Do you offer support for high risk pregnancies?

Is virtual doula support covered by insurance?
Yes, we provide support for all types of pregnancies, including high-risk ones. Our doulas are trained to offer specialized care and guidance tailored to your unique situation.
All our doulas are certified professionals with extensive training and experience in supporting families during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
Yes Doula does not accept Insurance at the moment. We are working to accept it in the future. We recommend checking back within a few months.
Do you provide support for partners?
At Yes Doula, we guide you as a team—helping your partner understand how to support you physically and emotionally, and how to protect the sacred energy of the birth space. We believe that birth is a deeply human and intimate experience —and partners play a powerful role in that journey.
What is Orgasmic Birth?
Orgasmic Birth is about creating a birth experience that feels safe, connected, and even pleasurable. While the term might sound surprising, it does not always mean a physical orgasm. Instead, it refers to birth that is empowered, peaceful, and full of love. When the birthing person feels deeply supported, respected, and relaxed, the body can release natural hormones that enhance both comfort and connection—sometimes even leading to moments of bliss.
What is an Orgasmic Birth Doula?
An Orgasmic Birth doula is someone who supports (both) the birthing person (and their partner) in creating a calm, confident, and loving birth environment. At Yes Doula, we focus on creating emotionally and physically supportive environments, encouraging body awareness, relaxation, breathwork, and self-advocacy. We honor your desires and help you reconnect to the pleasure, autonomy, and confidence that are often overlooked in conventional birth settings.
