This advanced training deepened my understanding of birth as a powerful, sensual, and transformative experience. The Orgasmic Birth Practitioner Program explores how pleasure, relaxation, and emotional safety support the physiology of birth. Through expert-led teachings, trauma-informed approaches, and holistic tools, I learned how to guide expectant mothers and their partners in creating a birth experience rooted in joy, empowerment, and connection. This program strengthened my ability to help you release fear, activate your natural hormones, and make space for a calmer, more supported and deeply embodied birth journey.

Orgasmic Birth, October 2022
This workshop provided foundational, hands-on doula skills focused on comfort, positioning, and continuous physical and emotional support during labor. I received training in rebozo techniques, touch therapy, breath guidance, partner involvement, and real-time labor support strategies that reduce pain and increase confidence. This training prepared me with the skills and techniques to support labor with ease, clarity, and practical comfort measures that help the birthing body during labor.
Introduction to Childbirth

​​This course built a strong base in understanding the physiology, emotional processes, and hormonal rhythms of birth. I studied the stages of labor, the role of oxytocin, informed decision-making, and the cultural and emotional meaning of childbirth. It also included principles of birth justice and respectful maternity care, which support my commitment to helping families feel seen, heard, and empowered. This training allows me to teach and guide clients with clear knowledge, compassionate communication, and a deep respect for each person's unique birth story.
